The agenda for this unique new #MedComms careers event on 19 September at Heathrow will offer delegates a multitude of opportunities to engage with specialists from across the MedComms community. You’ll need to plan a little to make best use of your time.

We are keeping the information that’s posted here on the web site as current as possible. It will continue to evolve and, in truth, we are likely to face last minute changes to the agenda. Please bear with us. Everyone who works in MedComms will tell you that inevitably plans change, sometimes very suddenly. That’s part of the fun! However it does mean that when you are getting a lot of us together in one place, and at this event there will be a lot of us, then the final result will be somewhat unpredictable.

What we can promise:

  • MedComms and the associated businesses are booming and there are plenty of jobs – but it’s very competitive. The more you network and the more insights you have, the more likely you will succeed. This event provides a unique opportunity to get ahead of the crowd
  • At this event you will meet with plenty of representatives from 32 leading employers plus other organisations, and they will all be happy to chat about their own journeys and your options. There has simply never been anything like this before in our sector
  • It’s going to be worth making a full day of it! Start with early morning coffee and pastries and stay for evening drinks at the free bar!

Directions:

The venue is Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre London Heathrow, Bath Road (Building A), West Drayton, Heathrow, London, UB7 0DU, United Kingdom [web site]

There is plenty of complimentary car parking (do make sure you register your vehicle on arrival and again each subsequent day of your stay)

If you come by plane, train or bus to the central terminus, then local buses run constantly and drop you on the road across from the venue.

Important:

Note: there are no specific COVID restrictions required, but common sense is encouraged and we should all please be respectful of others.

Note: Every effort has been made to provide flexible catering respecting the needs of allergies and dietary requirements during the event. Please contact members of the hotel staff on the day if you wish to check that your specific requirements have been met.

We hope you have fun! And that you leave this event with a much better understanding of roles within MedComms and associated businesses. If you have any questions at all at any time before, during or afterwards, please feel free to contact us directly.
